We have had some amazing home bakes and cooking shared with us over the course of the last two weeks. If you would like to share some of your family’s efforts to be published next week, please contact Suzi on development@esms.org.uk.

Shobha in P1 and younger sister Rani have been making onion pakora and potato pakora. They used recipes on the following sites:

The girls have also been making some ‘Snow White Cakes’ which are a Romanian treat from their mum’s homeland. These look delicious and the recipe is available here: https://youtu.be/3l1Ht_BGwCI.

Moss in P5 has been making Shakshuka for his family and has included the recipe for you to try it for yourself.

Muhammed-Ali in S1 has been making some Millionaire Shortbread and Rocky Road for his family. Again, these look amazing and we can’t wait to make over the weekend. The recipes he used and pictures are below.

Rachel in P3 has been making a Mary Berry lemon drizzle tray bake for her family. The recipe is very easy and most children will be able to follow and make the bake.
