
Each week we host two coffee mornings via Zoom on Mondays and Fridays at 10.30am and we ask people within our community to come and speak to guests about a topic which is very specific to them related to their work or perhaps their memories of their time at ESMS.
Monday 11 May – Kate Kettlewell (Brobbel), MES 1989, will be joining us to talk about her career, qualifying and working as a vet before switching profession to become a science teacher in Oxfordshire. Friday 15 May – Shelley McClintock (Stewart), MES 2009, will be joining us to give us some insight into her career path. After taking an MA in Anthropology and International Relations, Shelley has been working as a caseworker with Grampian Women’s Aid and at City Hearts, working with families and women identified as potential victims of human trafficking and modern day slavery. She’s now studying for an LLB to enable her to provide legal support to those in need. Shelley will be giving an insight into the work she has done and her future plans.
